ProHelpsPro ("we", "our", or "the Service"), accessible at prohelpspro.com, is an AI-powered personal assistant platform that executes tasks on your behalf using natural language instructions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Username and email address (provided at registration)
- Hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)
- Invite code used to register
Usage Data
- Task prompts and instructions you submit
- Task execution logs and results
- Timestamps of activity
Connected Account Tokens
When you connect third-party accounts (Google, X/Twitter), we store OAuth access and refresh tokens. We do not store your Google or X passwords. These tokens are used solely to perform actions you explicitly request through the Service.
3. Google API Scopes
When you connect your Google account, we request the following permissions:

We only use these permissions to execute tasks you explicitly request. We do not scan, index, sell, or share your Gmail or Calendar data with any third party. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To execute the tasks and instructions you submit
- To display your task history and results back to you
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, invite codes)
- To prevent abuse and enforce usage limits
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or connected account data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on servers located in Asia (Google Cloud Platform, Taiwan region)
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS
- Each user's AI agent runs in an isolated Docker container
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and task history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data, task history, and connected account tokens within 30 days. OAuth tokens for disconnected accounts are deleted immediately upon disconnection.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third parties:
- Google LLC — Gmail and Google Calendar access (when you connect your account)
- X Corp (Twitter) — X/Twitter posting and reading (when you connect your account)
- Google Gemini API — AI model powering task execution
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
8. Your Rights
- Access: You can view your task history and connected accounts within the app at any time.
- Disconnect: You can disconnect any connected account (Google, X) from the Connections page at any time. This immediately revokes our access token.
- Deletion: You can request full account deletion by emailing us. We will delete all your data within 30 days.
- Portability: You may request an export of your task history by contacting us.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
